We guarantee the quality and freshness of our award-winning coffee products. Before placing an order for our exclusive and unique coffee products, if you are not sure of what you desire to order we offer the opportunity to purchase a 2 oz sampler of any of our coffee products. Simply email us and we will give you precise instructions on how to order a product sample.
We will ONLY provide purchase refunds under the following circumstances:
- If you did not receive the product ordered due to the carrier's fault or error.
- If you received the wrong product ordered, and you notified us immediately and you return it to us unopened within 5 business days of its delivery to you.*
- If you received the correct product ordered but it was not edible, and you notified us immediately and you return it to us completely as you received it within 5 business days of its delivery to you.*
* Notice: You must notify us in writing via email within 5 business days of having received the coffee product in order to process your request, evaluate the circumstances and discuss a proper resolution.
We guarantee the freshness of our products. If for any reason you may think that you need to return a product, please contact us via email to discuss your particular situation and review an appropriate and rightful resolution.
We roast our coffee daily and your order will be custom-made to guarantee freshness. Please allow 5 business days for your coffee to be shipped. Upon shipping your order, we will email you a shipping tracking number.
